Taste of Carlsbad Village is a fan-favorite every fall, and this spring, we’re giving brunch lovers something to look forward to. Introducing the Taste of Carlsbad Village: Brunch Edition on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Get ready to explore the Village’s top coffee houses, breakfast spots, and lunch destinations, many of which are unable to participate in our evening event. This is your chance to indulge in: • Specialty coffees and teas • Gourmet pastries and baked goods • Quiches, crepes, breakfast tacos, and more • Brunch cocktails and morning sips
